I must be part-Dutch or Texan because I love windmills and things that spin in the wind. All kidding aside, the In the Breeze Small 6-Petal Rainbow Dazy Garden Spinner (ITBS6PRDGS) is a durable little garden spinner and it looks nice, especially when the wind is blowing.

The petals are made of a durable polyester fabric that has retained its color (going on 9 months) despite constant sunbaths and winter rainstorms. Also the rod that holds the spinner upright is pretty sturdy.

Nonetheless, in the way that all good things have a weak point, such as the Human Torch and asbestos, alcohol and hangovers, spicy Mexican food and Montezuma's revenge... the primary weak point of the ITBS6PRDGS is the end cap that connects the spinning petal to the rod that can make the whole thing fall apart with a strong gust of wind. However, there is a workaround to this weakness... Krazy Glue! Highly recommended unless you want your investment to be "gone with the wind"! I got my glue at my local dollar store for a buck.

The sad thing though is when I was at the 99� Only Store in my neighborhood, I noticed they were selling cheaper garden spinners for a buck. But to be fair, the quality of the ITBS6PRDGS is far superior to its cheaper rivals. I just wish the 17-inch rod was a little longer (that's what she said!), since you need to plant a good six inches of the rod into the soil to make it sturdy.
