the item was not as described. the pinwheels come dissassembled - you have to put the tops on the sticks. on top of that, most of them were loose, so the pinwheels would fly off. i ended up having to glue them all on. to top it all off, the sticks have lots of splinters, one of which ended up in my 4 yr old daughter's fingers!
