This pinwheel is cute and durable. My toddler was running around with it and beating it, trying to make it spin. We now put it in the yard where she looks at it in amazement that it spins on its own. The pinwheel needs virtually no wind to spin. The video shows it spinning but I could not feel any breeze at all.
