Things I like:
1.nice looking
2.the bird and the dragon fly on the top actually move as the wheel spins

Things I didn't like:
1.The bird broke off because the part where it's screw onto the spinner is a thin piece of copper. The strong wind and the crude construction of the spinner always bent the bird to side ways. The part that holds the bird onto the spinner got weaker and weaker each time I straighten it. Finally, it decided to break free on a stormy day.
2.Same deal with the fan. It's made of nylon fabric attached to the spinner with some kind of thin metal wires. It doesn't stand the strong wind. Sandy took away two pedals.
3.The connecting part between the spinner and the standing pole is also poorly constructed so it doesn't spin freely horizontally. It always seem to direct itself pointing back to a certain position.

Conclusion:
It doesn't spin smoothly with mild wind, and it breaks apart with strong wind. I wish they made this with stronger metals and better construction, then I would really love it. It's a nah as is now.

Update 11/29/2012:
I would like to praise Plow & Hearth on their exceptional return & exchange policy. After Sandy destructed the spinner, I went back to Plow & Hearth asking if they have warranty on the spinner. The lady I talked to told me that I could bring the broken pieces back, and she will exchange a new one. I bought the spinner back in summer, and the receipt was long gone. Nonetheless, the store exchanged me a new spinner for the broken one!! Kudos to the Plow & Hearth return & exchange policy. However, the bird broke free again couple days after I installed the new one!! This spinner is seriously poorly constructed. Perhaps it's meant to be used indoor with dyson air multiplier??
