PROS:

What a great spinner. So relaxing to sit and watch the wheels turn when the wind blows. We live in a 'wind-tunnel' so they are almost always turning and sometimes I feel like I should lubricate the axles, but think that would be a bad idea long-term.

I have a hint that I 'figgered' out. Depending on which way you place the wheels will determine which way the wheels turn.

I just happen to have ordered one and received one the very next day - which made me say, self, how is that possible? Ordered Sunday night and received it on Monday. Turns out it was a gift! So a few days later I received the one I ordered - I have two of them and am only a little worried that they will mate (that was a joke), though I will probably order the smaller one before the summer is over so that it is more like a family than the 'old people' thing my wife calls them. (I told her to hold her tongue or I would order yard ducks and deer to keep the turtles company. That stopped her!).

The first time my seven year old grand daughter, who is a garden turtle freak along with her Pappy, saw it, she said - "Pappy, do you know the one on that side (the right) wheels are going backwards?" Pedaling like an Olympic biker on steroids and Also keeping up! So all I had to do was take the wheels off and turn them so the other side faces the same as the one on the left and both are now going forward. Now we have a happy couple working together and riding along happy as clams - well, turtles.

Seem to be very well made and I feel they will last a long time.

CONS: (Not really, but I thought I would mention them)

A very minor issue, but one of the wheels comes with a white manufacturers label on it that distracts from the overall esthetics. An X-Acto blade, very carefully used, solved that.

The other thing is that some of the pedals on the flowers in the basket were bent over, so I took a very small dab of glue to them to the pedals next to them and now they all fall flat.
