It looks great hanging and spinning. In a wind storm I would recommend taking it down to protect it. I left mine out as it was fun to watch it blow and spin in the wind, but it kind of fell apart. So I took it down and tried to put it back together, but it was bent and I couldn't fix it. I did get it back together but it is lop sided now, but still spins, just looks funny.
I would, and have, bought another one and hung it up too. They look good and the little neighbor kids love to watch them on their walks.
