I bought this as a mothers day gift. My mother received it and loved it, but in trying to put it together realized it was missing some small parts and some that came were the wrong size. She was able to put it together and set it up and really likes it- said it is vibrantly colored and a nice addition to her garden.
I called customer service to give them the feedback and see if they could send the correct parts. The person I spoke to was extremely confused and unable to assist me, she finally stated that she was not customer service.It was beyond weird. They offered to let me send it back, but since it is in another state and already set up, that was a poor option. In the end they offered a $5 refund. I would not purchase from them again because it was such a strange transaction overall.
