I purchased this bumble bee spinner. I had filed a complaint for it would not spin. The seller contacted me and told me what needed to be done. The instructions are not clear and tools required are not mentioned. One needs to put the first wing into the holes that are marked with white. It takes a longnosed pair of pliers to get the wing into the holes and one uses some force to do so. Once put all together it works great and I do appreciate the sellers fast response on my complaint. A VERY GOOD LITTLE SPINNER.
