First the item was difficult to put together and after two people tried finally got it assembled. It does not hang correctly and we believe it was poorly made. Thus does not spin correctly either. We are a Navy family and buy many Navy items. Was anticipating this to accent the area where we have several other US Navy items. Item is just a waste of money and time to try to get it to properly work. Would not recommend anyone to purchase the hot air balloon wind spinner. Does look nice if you can get it to hang properly. Updated: 6/10/2012 - looked at balloon tonight only to discover that the basket that hangs at the bottom has a crack from top to bottom. As I said before a big waste of money - in plain words junk. Very disappointed.
