Flower Pinwheel Large Twisted Stake Review

The concept and appearance is nice, but as other reviews have stated, it does not spin very well. It was so far out of balance that a moderate wind could not get it to start spinning. I had to add weight in three spots on each wheel in order to balance it out. The problem is that it comes in two halves. One half has 4 spokes and the other only 3. I finally got it to spin fairly easily now, but I spent a whole day coming up with a way to balance it without affecting the appearance too much. Disappointed.
