Pinwheel wouldn't turn when it arrived; it hit against the support every rotation. I don't think it was the fault of the packing. I straightened out the vanes and adjusted them so they were in line with each other and c.a.r.e.f.u.l.l.y bent the axle more perpendicular to the support. All by hand, ; metal is light gauge. Now it turns okay in a mild breeze. Looks mildly battered, but that's okay since I wanted a rustic look. Spot where the axle meets the support stake doesn't look very sturdy; we'll see how long it survives.
