This is a well made wind catcher, but the wheel is to heavy for the wind to spin it. I have it on my front lawn for three days now and the normal wind will not spin this wheel. We had a storm yesterday with strong winds and the wheel barely moved at all. if your looking for a spinner that will spin with normal wind this one is not for you.

I ended up returning this item to Amazon, in the three weeks I had it, I never saw it spin one time.
